Return Policy

Returnable Items:

Defective, damaged or not as described items can be returned for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept returns outside 14 days warranty time-frame.

Nonreturnable items:

Please double check our Size Chart before you place an order. If you ordered wrong size unfortunately item can not be returned.

Please carefully follow easy steps to return the product:

1. Go to Customer Service at and send us an email with the description of the issue in detail ( return reason) along with your order number and SKU number ( or product number).

2. Attach a picture of the product you are not satisfied with.

3. Our customer Service will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with our return address.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow 7-15 days with credit card for your refund to appear. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

NOTE: Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

PeachYou cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes custom taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. All shipping fees for a return or exchange are at the customer expenses.
